About Me

I got into transcription work as a way to supplement our family’s income and allow me to stay at home with my young children. Initially, I worked for a large company for a year before getting in touch with my first independent client. From there, I knew there was no turning back. I quickly realized once I branched out as a freelance transcriptionist that I really enjoyed the personal connection with my client. There was no more “middle man” and I knew I could provide a more personal service. I liked being available quickly to them should they have issues or questions, or vice versa. In addition, I feel like the one on one open communication I provide before, during and after I complete a project for someone is unique.

I love learning about topics I never would have thought about before. I love hearing people’s feelings, thoughts and perceptions of the world. Every job I have completed has been an eye opening experience for me - to the point that it has actually changed the way I perceive myself as a person.

Finally, while my services are affordable, and I offer quick turn-arounds for my clients, I think the reliability of knowing that the person who is working on a project genuinely cares about both the client and the final product is something that makes my services unique.
